If something is not what you expected, we will sort it out.
Return window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, with the product unopened and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
- Write to us at hola@puntolounge.com with your order number.
- We send you instructions within 48 hours.
- Once we receive the product, we process the refund in 5 to 7 business days.
Not eligible
- Opened or used products and personalized gift boxes.
Damaged products
If you receive a damaged product, write to us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
