Returns Policy
Timeframe
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, for unopened products in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
- Write to us at hola@puntolounge.com with your order number
- We will send instructions within 48 hours
- Once we receive the product, we process the refund within 5-7 business days

- Personalized gift boxes
- Club memberships
Damaged products
If you receive a damaged product, we will send a replacement at no cost. Contact us within 7 days with a photo.
