When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours after your order is processed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Take photos of the packaging and product when you receive it and write to us immediately at sales@puntolounge.com or WhatsApp. We will make it right.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently operate in Honduras, the United States, and Canada. If you are in another country, contact us; we review each case individually.
