Anyone looking for something to give or to take home —local or visiting— tends to run into the same thing: an ordinary product with the country's name on it. We prefer the opposite: that whatever reaches your table has hands, land and a name of its own.
In 2020, at The Pub, we saw something we have not forgotten: people who had never had a place to learn to light a cigar, or to taste chocolate or whisky slowly, discovering it for the first time, here, in Honduras. Young people, adults, women, all with the same curiosity. That is when we understood that a place like this was needed.
Today we sell and deliver only within Honduras, so each selection arrives as it left its origin.
